King of Kings

The Bible refers to Jesus as the King of Kings.

“On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords.”

— Revelation‬ ‭19:16

The Bible teaches that our citizenship lies in heaven – not on this earth. As Christians, we should always remember that our loyalty towards King Jesus comes before all others.‬

There’s a reason why Jesus is referred to as superior to any earthly king or official. Humans have a tendency to worship anything – golden idols, pagan “gods,” and even other humans – in place of the one true God.

Take it from someone who’s been there and done that and bought the t-shirt. God is bigger, better, and more fulfilling than any political agenda or candidate. Count on it!
